1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of two parcels totaling 181 acres located at <br /> 14404 E. State Route 26, Linden, California. The project is in a farming community <br /> and is surrounded by agricultural land. It is zoned AG-40. The project parcel number is <br /> APN 105-020-04, 05. Located on the subject parcel is an existing house, garage,pool,pool <br /> house,mobile home, a barn, and four(4) storage sheds. There are no immediate plans for any <br /> more dwellings. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to divide two existing <br /> parcels into four parcels and an "unsurveyed remainder." The homesite parcel will equal five <br /> ` Gacres,the three other parcels will equal forty acres, and the "unsurveye remainder" will b <br /> approximately,56 acres. <br /> ` 1.2 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> y 2.1 The present owner, Biff Gilliland, has owned the property for the past 10' years. The past <br /> and present use of the property has been an orchard and a homesite. Future us-a oT Uoth parcels <br /> Lwill be a homesite and an orchard. <br /> L 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank page: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> L o-IbO_acre aarcel and a�9 acre parcel from an existing single parcel. Once the parcel is developed <br /> for a home, a septic system will be required and built based per the San Joaquin County <br /> requirements. There have been no septic systems on this parcel. Permits were researched and <br /> illustrate this fact. <br /> SfG �eanr i v»S <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no permits for this <br /> parcel. <br /> 3 e.. Q.w+t 1 ov.s <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: No septic permits have been issued so no <br /> history of septic repair is available for subject parcel. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. (See permits in Appendix.) <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records,the septic systems in this general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1969 to 1995.
