State Route 26, Linden <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department <br /> for approval by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well <br /> information as required by the improvement plan (including a 100% expansion <br /> area). <br /> 2. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a <br /> sewage disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to <br /> the Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests <br /> must be obtained from the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> 3. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for and <br /> that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, <br /> or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines.
