Highway 26, <br /> Linden) <br /> ACTION: On October 13, 1997,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved SA- <br /> 97-48 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be fled with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$275.00. The 10- <br /> day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on October 23, 1997. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the <br /> appealeriod will expire on the n <br /> p p ext regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months <br /> (by April 24, 1999).
