This site is located within a larger general <br /> area, approximately one square mile, which Pacific Bell Wireless Services feels to be an optimum <br /> location for.such a tower. According to the applicant, a tower in this area would provide better and more <br /> complete coverage for wireless communication. <br /> D <br /> The tower site is to be located on a parcel containing the Linden-Peters Fire Department, which intends <br /> to remove its existing wireless communication antennae and collocate it on the proposed tower. The <br /> closest parcel, fifteen (15) feet west, contains outside farm equipment storage. The remaining two <br /> i parcels, located about sixty (60) feet north, each contain residences. The closest residence to the tower <br /> site is ata distance of one-hundred and forty-five (145) feet. The second residence is located one- <br /> hundred and sixty (160) feet from the site.
