Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be <br /> in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> B. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2) <br /> • A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to <br /> serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to issuance of <br /> building permits (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> C. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> D. The agricultural well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> • Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have.two 1/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the j <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must <br /> be installed. <br /> I/- <br />
