The project includes the utilization of an existing 11,200 square foot warehouse building, 900 square <br /> foot office building, and the development of a 0.25-acre screened outdoor storage area of pallets. The project will not <br /> utilize the existing single-family residence on the site. Operations are planned for eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days per <br /> week, and are expected to generate twelve (12) vehicle trips per day. The site will utilize the Linden Community Water <br /> District services for water and public sewer, and access will be provided from East State Route 26 Highway. The project <br /> site is not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned I-L (Limited Industrial)and the General Plan Designation is I/L (Limited Industrial). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the south side of East State Route 26 Highway, 620 feet east of North Mill <br /> Street, Linden. (APN/Address: 105-170-07, -21/19160 East State Route 26 Highway, Linden) (Supervisorial District: 4) <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than April 8, 2019. Comments or recommendations received after that date <br /> would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will <br /> review this application on April 10, 2019.
