State Route 26, Linden <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities shall either be <br /> bonded for or be in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity. <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1100.3(d)) <br /> 2. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section <br /> 9-1120.2 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> a. A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they have <br /> the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the final map. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> 3. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 4. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The <br /> material collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for <br /> hazardous constituents prior to disposal.
