Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> evelopment Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. I The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> J Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> c. J Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> e.
