When site selection is made for the residence, explore again the soil by the use of a drill rig or
backhoe.
The plan included in this report for Lots 1 and 3 is the Mound System. A two compartment
concrete tank, or equal, is required for any system selected. A permit from and inspection by the CSD'
Environmental Health Department of SJC is required to install an on.-site septic system. The
installation of a inspection access riser, at or near ground level, on the septic tank provides for
easy inspection of the septic tank to determine if pumping of the tank is needed.
LIMITATIONS
No Warranty is expressed or implied by this report. The satisfactory length of service of an onsite
septic system for a residence is in part determined by the users. The system can be abused by
flushing drugs, chemicals, medicines or back flush water and failure to inspect and pump the
septic tank when required.
ATTACHMENTS
Mound System Design
For Parcel 1 & 3.
4.
i
I
