#s <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-95-49 <br /> PASQUALE TURKATTE, ET AL <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-95-49 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on October 23, 1995, which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 23, 1997,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. . <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT:. <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. The abandoned dilapidated shed on Parcel (1) one shall be removed under Demolition <br /> Permit from the San Joaquin County Building Division. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to, the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b.
