The property is located at 6639 East Highway 26 , <br /> east of Stockton in San Joaquin County, California. We <br /> understand that the approximate 20-acre property will be split into <br /> one approximate 3-acre and one approximate 17-acre parcel . An <br /> existing residence with associated outbuildings and a septic system <br /> are located on the proposed 17-acre parcel and will remain. We <br /> have assumed that construction on the proposed 3-acre parcel will <br /> consist of a single-family residence with a single septic system. <br /> A plot plan showing the approximate location of the property is <br /> presented on Plate I of this report. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section 9- <br /> 10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our proposal <br /> dated January 29, 1991 and our letter dated February 22 , 1991. Our <br /> services were initiated based on your written authorization of <br /> February 25, 1991. The items listed under Item C of the above <br /> ordinance are listed below, along with our responses. <br /> ITEM C-1 AND C-4 • <br /> "The intensity and extent of the existing and proposed development <br /> on septic tanks within and around the area (C-1) . " "The history <br /> and past uses in the project area to assess potential problems (C- <br /> 4) : " <br /> Reference is made to Plate I of this report which shows the <br /> location of the Campora property.
