These requirements cannot be <br /> modified: <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface'contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> r current land uses. The reports <br /> hall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> bile ° well as tential point sources, such as <br /> / materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as Po po <br /> Q10 fuel storage tanks;septic systems, or chemical storage areas. .The report shall be submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9=905.12). <br /> A review fee of$196.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> 'Department. <br /> :NOTE: The Environmental Health .Department received a surface and subsurface <br /> contamination report (Service Request#SR0054689'on June 19, 2008 that has been <br /> approved. <br /> I' <br /> -B. -A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of$196.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The <br /> disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards.of San Joaquin <br /> . sewage sp y p Y <br /> f�I County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> n� tank practice or E.P.A.
