PERCOLATION TEST FINDINGS <br /> The shallow percolation test performed provided a satisfactory percolation test rate.The percolation <br /> rate of 2.4 minutes per inch was calculated from data collected during the 4-hour percolation test. <br /> 7.0 CONCLUSIONS <br /> Based on the above referenced Soil Suitability Study, AGE concludes the following: <br /> • All proposed and approved septic system use and construction should follow the EHD On- <br /> Site Waste Disposal Standards. <br /> • Property parcel subdivision is appropriate with the use of a properly constructed septic <br /> systems. <br /> 8.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based on field <br /> testing results. Evaluations of the hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this <br /> investigation were made from a limited number of available data points (i.e. test holes) and <br /> subsurface conditions may vary away from these data points.
