Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated March 28, 2005, was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> �B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel <br /> Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> NOTE: A Soil Suitability Study has been submitted but not reviewed by the Environmental <br /> Health Department for this site. <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> • Install sanitary seal. <br /> • Provide sample tap prior to pressure tank. <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the �p ` <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil } <br /> Suitability S <br /> findings an Joaquin Count <br /> g ( q y Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4).
