They own parcel 255-310-39
which was created as a result of a Minor Subdivision PA-0900104. That parcel was originally
part of a larger parcel that had a Re-Zone PA-0700489. One of the Conditions of Approval for
the Re-Zone was that the applicant was to get Site Remediation through the Central Valley
Regional Water Quality Control Board. There is a notice in Permits Plus that you inputted for
255-310-40 (the other parcel created from PA-0900104) a letter dated 3/22/2012 that says the
Site Remediation requirement for 255-310-40 was satisfied. My question is does that also
apply to 255-310-39? Because that note does not show up on that parcel. The Yrigoyens claim
that the test drills were also run on their property and the wanted to know if their property has
a clean bill of health. Would you be able to follow up with the Yrigoyens? Dan and Barbara
Yrigoyen's contact information is dnbyrigoyen&.yahoo.com and their phone number is (209)
603-7733. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Giuseppe Sanfilippo
Associate Planner
Community Development Department
San Joaquin County
gsanfilippong,s-gov.org
(209) 468-0227
