Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). <br /> A review fee of $625 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$125 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Prior to issuance of building permit(s), applicant shall stake the septic tank and leach lines to <br /> determine compliance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards setback requirements. <br /> This shall be completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental <br /> Health Department. The fee for the consultation permit is $125 (San Joaquin County Board of <br /> Supervisors Resolution 90-620). <br /> C. Prior to issuance of liquid waste permit(s), submit to the Environmental Health Department <br /> revised site plans showing sewage and well information that clearly delineates the existing and <br /> proposed locations as required by ordinance requirements, and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility <br /> lines. In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />
