State Route 33, Tracy
Land Use Application # PA-05-00340, Service Request # SR0045208
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has received and reviewed your
Soil Suitability Study dated December 06, 2005, and has found it acceptable.
SPECIAL COMMENTS:
1. A modified standard septic system as determined in the report shall be required for
all new septic systems.
2. The report was achieved using a 4-hour percolation test in which the hole was dry at
each reading. This condition dictates a 1-hour percolation test and should be used in
the future to determine actual percolation rates.
If you have any questions, please contact David Van Dyne, Senior Registered
Environmental Health Specialist of my staff at (209) 468-3453.
Donna Heran, R.E.H.S., Director
Environmental Health Department
 GG
Mike Huggins, Supervising R.E.H.S., R.D.I.
Environmental Health Department
MH: tl
c: W.T.G.
