This zoning designation "is established to preserve agricultural <br /> lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural enterprises." <br /> LThe elevation of the Site,according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,Vernalis <br /> Quadrangles,is 105 to 135 feet above mean sea level. The subject property and vicinity slope to the <br /> southeast at a gradient of approximately 15 feet per mile. <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> LA tentative parcel map showing the proposed parcel division was provided by Quartaroli and <br /> Associates;the parcel division is depicted on the site map in the appendix as Plate 2.According to <br /> L an Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement filled out and signed on September 20, <br /> 2005 by Kathy Reinstein for a Surface Subsurface Contamination Report to be completed by NOA, <br /> she is proposing to divide an approximate 287 acres into seven, forty-acre parcels and one, ten-acre <br /> Lparcel.
