CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-3 <br /> PAGE SIX <br /> 2 . Provide restrooms conforming will all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C, Title 24) . <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> 1. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) . <br /> 2 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> 3 . Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements" . <br /> 4 . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6. All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plans shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Parking shall be provided for the physically handicapped. <br /> The space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance. <br /> 2 . Identification signs for the parking space(s) , including <br /> the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at each entrance <br /> or be visible from each space. <br /> 3 . The slope of the parking space(s) shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot. <br />
