0The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior Registered Environmental Health <br /> Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well can be permitted as a public <br /> water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for review <br /> and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Retail Food Code, Article 1, <br /> 114380). A review fee of$315.00 is required at the time of submittal. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has received food facility plans dated March 30, 2009 <br /> that have been approved. <br />
