This Plan must show occupancy <br /> change, accessible restrooms, drainage, driveway access details including gates,on- <br /> site parking, landscaping, signs,existing and proposed utility services, and grading <br /> i (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST" for details). Foundation and soils <br /> k <br /> i` investigation shall be conducted in conformance with Chapter 18 of the California <br /> Building Code at the time of permit application. A fee is required for the Site Plan <br /> review.(Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> b. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT CANCELLATION: Williamson Act <br /> Contract Cancellation Application No. PA-0900263 shall be final and a Certificate <br /> of Cancellation obtained before a building permit for a bed and breakfast inn can be <br /> issued. <br /> c. APPROVED USE:- This approval is for the conversion of a single-family residence <br /> to a bed and breakfast inn as shown on the Site Plan dated October 23, 2009. <br /> d. CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility <br /> Fee.
