(Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Viaggio, Inc. APPLICANT: Same <br /> ADDRESS: 108 E. Taddei Road,Acampo APN: 013-130-25 &26 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The western portion of the site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately 35 feet NGVD. <br /> Bender Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50-feet. <br /> Taddei Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this <br /> application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July I of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00433) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this <br /> application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application.The fee will be based on <br /> the current schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br />
