The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will <br /> be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> ( )A. Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of: <br /> ( ) 1. Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire Code(public water mains). <br /> ( )2. NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code and San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs <br /> Standards(static water supply). <br /> ( ) 3. Location/Placement as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> ( )B. Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with Appendix III-B if the Uniform Fire <br /> Code. <br /> ( ) 1. Type and size as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> ( ) 2. Location/Placement as directed by the Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> ( )C. Fire protection systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California <br /> Building Code and the California Electrical Code. <br /> ( ) D. All valves controlling the water supply for automatic fire sprinkler systems and water <br /> flow switches shall be monitored in accordance with 904.3.l of the California Fire <br /> Code. <br /> Y-4. Fire Department access road shall be in accordance with section 902.2 of the California <br /> Fire Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chief's <br /> Association. <br /> �1. Inspection of access roads shall be completed by the Woodbridge Fire <br /> District. <br /> F. Fire Department access to property/buildings shall be in accordance with 902.4 of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code(Key Boxes). <br /> 1. Key Box and Access Systems information as provided by the Woodbridge <br /> Fire District. <br /> 2. Location of key box and or access system as per direction of the <br /> Woodbridge Fire District. <br /> ( )G. Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Volume <br /> 2, Standard 10-1. <br /> ( ) H. Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to <br /> lite or property, California Fire Code 105.2.1. <br /> ( ) I.
