PA-0500306 (SA) *' <br /> June 29, 2005 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> E. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> F. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region,prior to development(Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> rNOTE: Applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity that will accept the <br /> ;.0 proposed winery waste should applicant propose to haul winery wastewater offsite. <br /> That written acceptance shall be presented to the Environmental Health Department <br /> /���j prior to issuance of building permit and/or final occupancy approval. <br />
