Building"A" 3,000 <br /> square foot building to be used for the lobby sales display, lab and wine processing room with temporary <br /> barrel storage.Building `B" 3,840 square foot building to be used for wine tasting,barrel storage of wine <br /> and 512 square foot caretaker living area.This project is located on the north side of west Teddei Rd., <br /> 2,000 feet west of Bender Road,northwest of Acampo. <br /> San Joaquin County is a signatory to San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP). Participation in the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state and federal <br /> endangered species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of significance in <br /> compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA). Although participation in the <br /> SJMSCP is voluntary, lead agents should be aware that if project applicants choose against participating <br /> in the SJMSCP, they will be required to provide alternative mitigation in an amount and kind equal to that <br /> provided in the SJMSCP. <br /> This project will require the conversion of Multi-purpose Open Space and as such should condition the <br /> project applicant(s) to participate in the SJMSCP. Prior to receiving building permit a SJMSCP <br /> biological survey must be completed and coverage must be granted. <br /> The project is located within the unmapped land use areas and as per the requirements of the SJMSCP <br /> those projects are subject to case-by-case review by the Habitat Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) <br /> prior to participation. <br /> If you have any questions,please give me a call at(209)468-3913. <br />
