Taddei Road <br /> Acampo, California 95220 <br /> Dear Mr. Vierra: <br /> This letter report addendum has been prepared to update the soil suitability and nitrate loading <br /> study originally provided by our firm on April 9, 2007 for the subject property. We understand <br /> that the winery will increase the number of people and events at the subject property to include <br /> a maximum of 12 occasional events annually with up to 150 guests per event. Additionally, In <br /> order to accommodate the increase in guests during events, the winery has proposed to <br /> construct additional men and women restrooms on site that will be tied into the existing septic <br /> system. The winery has proposed to expand the existing leach field by adding one (1) 100-foot <br /> leach line with a 2 feet by 20 feet by 10 feet deep sump, similar to the existing system. A <br /> grease interceptor will also be located in the kitchen as part of the project.
