Attachment to Appeal Submitted by Romano and Judy Isola <br /> This attachment is submitted on behalf of Romano and Judy Isola to their appeal of <br /> the Planning Commission's decision on 9-20-12 regarding the Site Approval Application <br /> No. PA-1200063 for Expansion of the St. Jorge "Small Winery." It is submitted as an <br /> attachment to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department's <br /> "Application Appeal of Planning Commission Action"form. <br /> B. The Appeal Form's Three Requirements <br /> The Department's "Application Appeal" form makes the following three <br /> requirements: <br /> 1. State the basis of the appeal; <br /> 2. List any findings of fact made by the staff which you feel were wrong and you <br /> reasons;and, <br /> 3. List any condition(s)and or findings being appealed and give reasons why you <br /> think it should be modified or removed <br /> Each of those requirements appears below(IL, III., and IV., respectively), followed <br /> by the appellants' response. <br /> C. Community Development Department Staff Report for 9-20-12 Hearing <br /> The Community Development Department ("CDD') prepared a staff report for the <br /> Commission's 9-20-12 hearing on Application No. PA-1200063. The staff report,which is <br /> undated, was transmitted electronically on September 14, 2012, for the Planning <br /> Commission's consideration at the hearing scheduled for September 20, 2012, and is <br /> referred to herein. <br /> D. Appellants' "Comment Letter"to Planning Commission Incorporated Herein <br /> On August 30, 2012, Romano and Judy Isola submitted a"Comment Letter"to the <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department staff for the Planning <br /> Commission's consideration in the hearing later held on September 20, 2012, and is part of <br />
