Comment Letter <br /> St.Jorge Winery "Site Approval Application"PA-1200063 <br /> Businesses which apply for and obtain permits and then engage in conduct well beyond <br /> their permit and the County's laws and policies cannot be allowed to operate,nor escape being <br /> caught without sanction commensurate to their conduct. <br /> This behavior cannot stand. <br /> The Planning Commission should <br /> 1) Continue the St.Jorge Winery 2012 Expansion Application hearing until such <br /> time as all concerns herein are fully addressed according to law, <br /> 2) Instruct the Community Development Department staff to pursue its April 2012 <br /> enforcement action to its proper conclusion,and then report to the Commission <br /> any recommendations it may have,and <br /> 3) Instruct the Community Development Department staff to review the inadequacies <br /> in the project's environmental review documents as outlined herein,and respond <br /> as appropriate to the Commission. <br /> In no event should the Planning Commission approve the 2012 Expansion Application as <br /> it currently exists. <br /> Thank you very much. <br /> 24 <br />
