k <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-98-14 <br /> Magdanz, et al <br /> 1 <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-98-14 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> C Community Development Department on April 7, 1998, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> E <br /> i Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on October 7, 1999, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands <br /> I to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to <br /> the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped <br /> and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section <br /> 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2.
