An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $4,669.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Retail in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July I of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 3. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. (The fee currently is $595.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as RetaiUService. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of <br /> each year through the year 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Any structures built within the 100-year flood zone shall meet all FEMA, State and County requirements. <br /> 6.
