The <br /> re-design of the parking area must be done prior to obtaining a building permit. <br /> Merger <br /> The parcel is part of an antiquated subdivision entitled Morrison Garden Farms. The <br /> proposed project is proposed over four (4) separate parcels. A project cannot cross over <br /> multiple property lines and therefore, a merger application shall be filed to create one <br /> legal parcel, prior to obtaining a building permit. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a childcare center to accommodate a <br /> maximum of thirty (30) children. The facility will use an existing 2,880 square foot <br /> building and construct a 1,800 square foot modular building for future use. The <br /> center will also use a 9,600 square foot playground area. (Use Type: Child Care <br /> Services-Child Care Center). <br /> c.
