Kerry Sullivan -2- <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-04-139 (MS) <br /> 4. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 5. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with <br /> the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services <br /> Division and the Department of Public Works. A will-serve letter is required form the City of <br /> Stockton prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 6. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of <br /> Public Works. (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 7. A Terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to <br /> provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. (Development Title Section 9-1135.3) <br /> 8. This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control <br /> Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). An application <br /> requesting the reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the assessment, along with payment of <br /> the reapportionment fee, shall be provided prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 9. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall <br /> include grading plan for each individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and <br /> specifications are subject to plan check, field inspection fees and must be approved by the <br /> County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to recording the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br /> NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one (1)acre of soil shall <br /> require a State NPDES construction permit. <br /> DG:SH:ar <br /> P:\COMMENTSWSWR 2004\PA-0400139.wpd <br />
