❖ Review of selected historic documentation for the Property to <br /> determine what activities have occurred at the subject site since the <br /> Property's first developed use or since 1940 (whichever is earlier). <br /> ❖ Review of reasonably ascertainable regulatory agency files <br /> concerning chemical use, storage and disposal at the Property and <br /> at surrounding sites. <br /> ❖ Acquisition of a current computerized review (PIERS IHMS radius <br /> report) of federal, state, and local publications to identify National <br /> ■. Priority List (NPL); Resource Conservation and Recovery Act <br /> (RCRA); United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), <br /> Region 9, Comprehensive Environmental Response, <br /> Compensation, and Liability Information System (CERCLIS); <br /> RCRA Treatment, Storage and Disposal (TSD); and Emergency <br /> Response Notification System (ERNS) sites located within close <br /> proximity to the Property as well as landfills, Leaking <br /> Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) sites and registered <br /> underground storage tank (UST) sites. <br /> ❖ Review of reports on file at environmental regulatory agencies <br /> concerning on-going environmental investigations at nearby <br /> -- agency-listed sites. <br /> ❖ Preparation of this report in general accordance with the document <br /> entitled Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: <br /> Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (The American <br /> Society for Testing and Materials [ASTM], Designation E 1527- <br /> 00). <br /> SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> The Client for this project requested no special terms, conditions or extraneous <br /> services. Therefore, PIERS implemented no special terms, conditions or <br /> extraneous services for this project. Business Environmental Risk concerns have <br /> not been addressed for this project. <br /> USER RELIANCE <br /> .. This Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) has been prepared for the <br /> exclusive use of the Client and/or his agents. PIERS will distribute any <br /> information regarding this assessment and report only upon the request of the <br /> Client and/or his agents.
