The area of the Property <br /> is served by the normal municipal utilities. The following sections provide the <br /> �- results of the Property inspection. <br /> EXTERIOR OBSERVATIONS <br /> The exterior portions of the Property are covered with grassy vegetation. There are a <br /> few bushes and a few trees. All of the trees are on the northern half of the Property. <br /> The perimeter of the Property, except at Ash Street, is fenced. Old fence posts are <br /> located at the mid-point of the Property. There is an old perimeter foundation near <br /> the northeastern corner of the Property. <br /> Some dumping of debris has occurred on the Property, particularly along a trail that <br /> leads from the driveway on 10'x' Street through the Property to the cul-de-sac on Ash <br /> Street. The debris includes an engine, wood and metal debris, car seats and body <br /> parts, and a pile of household debris. There are a few small piles of soil, now largely <br /> covered with vegetation. None of the debris appears to be of environmental <br /> concern, except for some syringes in the main pile of household debris (see <br /> photographs). PIERS recommends that the syringes be properly disposed of. <br /> INTERIOR OBSERVATION <br /> There are no structures on the Property. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF STRUCTURES AND PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS: <br /> STRUCTURES <br /> There are no structures on the Property. <br /> ROADS <br /> No roads are located on the Property.
