PIERS <br /> conducted a field reconnaissance of the properties adjacent to the Property to <br /> evaluate their actual or potential impact on the Property. The parcels immediately <br /> surrounding and in the vicinity of the Property are as follows: <br /> • The Property is bound to the north by 10th Street.
