The report does not say how <br /> long either of these men have been owners of the property. Also, EHD would like to know <br /> who specifically conducted the Site Reconnaissance. <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title, section 9-905.12(a), states that septic systems <br /> 3.2 shall be evaluated within the "Surface and Subsurface Contamination Reports".
