Mr. Ingrum noted that there currently is no septic system on the Site (personal communication, <br /> December 9,2004). No septic installation permits were found for the Site during file review at <br /> EHD on December 2,2004. <br /> X3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> No septic installation permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on December 2, <br /> 2004. <br /> X3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> IBM No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on December 2, 2004. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> ` In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building <br /> ` cluster has one septic system.
