ANDERSON ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> A N D A S S O C I A T E S INSPECTIONS a TESTING <br /> LABORATORY SERVICES <br /> POOL ENGINEERING <br /> POST TENSION DESIGN <br /> December 20,2004 <br /> NOA Project Number: E04139A <br /> ` SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> SJC APPLICATION NUMBER PA-04-363 <br /> 22550 NORTH THIRD STREET <br /> 6W CLEMENTS, CALIFORNIA <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> `, Our office was contracted by Mr. David Ingrum to conduct a soil suitability study for the proposed <br /> septic installation at 22550 North Third Street, Clements, California. <br /> `, The soil suitability study (SSS)was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> `, conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County,Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation tests,a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> We understand from David Ingrum that Mike Smith Engineering,Lodi,is the civil engineer for the <br /> project. He will provide a site plan stating the number of rl=loyees and customer&in addition to <br /> the septic system layout.
