Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated July 5, 2006 was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum that addresses the original submittal <br /> date to present shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and approved by <br /> the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. Written Confirmation is required from Public Works Department that improvements have <br /> been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public <br /> sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from the Public Works <br /> Department that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is <br /> also required(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> C. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. <br /> A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded for <br /> or are in place,prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1120.2). <br />
