The property consists of a rectangular, 6. 0.388-acre parcel (APN 171-200-36). The address associated with the subject property parcel is 2002 13th Street. One single-family residence is located on the east side of the property,and the west side of the property is vacant. L According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject property is zoned R-L(Low Density Residential).
