This report is not equivalent to a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and does <br /> �• not meet ASTM E1527-00 or ASTM E1527-05. NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any <br /> unauthorized use of this report. <br /> ►. 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located on the southwest corner of B Street and 13`"Street;approximately one <br /> mile west of Highway 99 and one mile south of Charter Way. The property consists of a rectangular, <br /> 6. 0.388-acre parcel (APN 171-200-36). The address associated with the subject property parcel is 2002 <br /> 13th Street. One single-family residence is located on the east side of the property,and the west side of <br /> the property is vacant. <br /> L <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject <br /> property is zoned R-L(Low Density Residential). "This zone is intended to provide for neighborhoods <br /> �m consisting of detached, single family residences located within or immediately adjacent to population <br /> centers which have public services." <br /> `.
