The subject property consisted of
two residences located on a rectangular, relatively flat parcel with landscaping. At the existing
residence located at 2002 E. 13th Street, trash and debris piles and three inoperable vehicles
were observed on the west side yard. No significant environmental concerns were observed.
A newly constructed residence was located west of the existing residence on the lot referred to
as "vacant" in our previous report. No evidence of the debris and staining noted in our previous
report was observed. No significant environmental concerns were observed. A revised site map
is attached.
Overall offsite conditions of the adjacent properties appear consistent with those noted in the
previous report and no significant environmental concerns were observed.
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) was contacted regarding any
new records on file for the subject property since the date of the previous report. According to
Diane Martinez of the EHD, there are no records on file for the subject property address of 2002
E. 13th Street. (Personal Communication, April 27, 2007)
Mr. Gabriel Manzo, property owner could not be reached for comment to inquire if he was
aware of any environmental concerns. A telephone interview was conducted on May 4, 2007
with the home builder Arthur Matedne of Delta Home Repair who was not aware of any spills,
dumping or other environmental concerns for the subject property.
LODI - SACRAMENTO • RENO • MODESTO • WALNUT CREEK
L 0 D 1 902 Industrial Way • Lodi,CA 95240 • 209.367.3701 • FAX 209-333-8303 • www.noanderson.com
