Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated November 16, 2004, was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel/Final Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> 0'9' B. Connection to a public sewer system is required (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(b)). <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2). A letter from the water supplier will be required <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the Parcel/Final map (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> P, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> NOTE: Prior to Final/Parcel Map approval, the home and mobile home shall be connected to <br /> Cal-Water Service with the appropriate backflow prevention device. The proposed <br /> Parcel #2 may keep the well for irrigation purposes; however, The Environmental <br /> Health Department cannot support its use for a future residence. <br />
