Sections listed refer to the Requirements Checklist completed on April 11, <br /> 2004. <br /> 2.1: In our report we have the interview information is located in section 2.4, the full questionnaire <br /> is included in Appendix E of the report. However,as you noted,there was no information regarding <br /> the previous owner. In response to the questions I re-interviewed the owner, Mr. Lout Yang, on <br /> April 20,2004 to ask if he had any information about the previous owner or contact information. 2_ 0 <br /> He said that the best way to find contact information about the previous owner would be to contact <br /> the real estate agent Ms.Julie Goldman,though he mentioned that he cannot remember the agency <br /> she worked for, and believes that it no longer exists.The best information he could give me about <br /> the previous owner was that her name was Mrs. Garlow. She had owned the property for about 20- <br /> 30 years,at a time where there were no other houses around. He noted that when Mrs. Garlow <br /> owned the property she used the property as a residence and graze land for small livestock. <br /> 3.1:After the conversation with Mr.Yang,it is clear that the previous owner did not use the <br /> property for agriculture.
