I <br /> D. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> k <br /> 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability <br /> to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and <br /> C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior Registered Environmental <br /> Health Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well can be <br /> permitted as a public water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> r <br /> l <br /> i <br /> I <br />
