Thornton Road, Stockton <br /> General Plan: A/G Community: None <br /> Zoning: AG-40 APN: 055-200-03 <br /> Project Size: 23,214 square feet Parcel Size: 4.6 acres <br /> Water Supply: Well Sewage Disposal: Septic <br /> Storm Drainage: On-site 100-Year Flood: No <br /> Williamson Act: No Supervisorial District: 4 <br /> Staff: Corinne King CEQA Determination: Negative Declaration <br /> Project Description <br /> This is a one-year time extension for a previously approved Use Permit application for the expansion of an <br /> existing 3,330 square foot neighborhood religious assembly facility for 120 members. This project will be built <br /> in three phases over six years. Phase 1 (building permits to be issued within 18 months) to include <br /> construction of a 2,340 square foot addition to the existing assembly hall and 4,668 square foot attached <br /> patio cover. Phase 2 (building permits to be issued within 36 months) is the demolition of an existing single <br /> family dwelling,the construction of a 5,976 square foot dormitory building for monks, and the construction of a <br /> 1,400 square foot storage building. Phase 3 (building permits to be issued within 72 months) is the <br /> construction of a 5,500 square foot temple. (Use Type: Religious Assembly-Neighborhood).
