Thornton Road, Lodi <br /> F The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> f pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> N modified. <br /> The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> / incorporating proposed staff and parishioners, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> lt�/Sly tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s)(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a <br /> review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of j <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> I <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> /lklek (DBCP)and nitrates prior to issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> D analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> C. The existing workshop has a restroom. Indicate the plumbing conveyance to an existing <br /> septic-system. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain + <br /> any underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage <br /> disposal replacement area. <br /> D. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). Existing mobile home to be removed. <br /> Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> MR tl <br />
