I
n
August 31,2006
NOA Project Number: E06091A
5.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Our office concludes that the Site is suitable for development with the use of a modified filter bed
septic system as discussed in Section 4.2,Methods of Mitigation. Though the standard septic
E systems are "improved" to enhance treatment,it is difficult to quantify the denitrification capacity of
these systems. With improved retention time and denitrification in the tank and disposal field,we
would estimate on the order of 10 percent increase in overall denitrification when compared to
standard systems. All septic system construction should follow the San Joaquin County On-Site
lYjastezvater Di posal Standards where applicable.
5.1 Signatures
The signatures of the environmental professionals involved in the preparation of this report can be /
f found on the cover sheet at the front of this package.
5.2 Attachments
All required attachments and appendices can be found at the rear of this package.
6.0 LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
