PA-1300159 (SA), S00009790 Page 2 <br /> 13950 N Thornton road, Lodi October 24, 2013 <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title <br /> 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> C. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water <br /> Code, Article 4, Section 13260). <br /> D. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the <br /> maximum number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> E. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based <br /> on the Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> G. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in <br /> the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A $250 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> H. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin <br /> County EHD and register hazardous material in the California Environmental reporting <br /> system (cers.calepa.ca.gov). <br /> I. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit <br /> must be obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification <br /> Number, and comply with all applicable regulations. <br />
