Applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity that will accept the <br /> proposed winery waste should applicant propose to haul winery wastewater offsite. <br /> That written acceptance shall be presented to the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of building permit and/or final occupancy approval. <br /> E. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the <br /> maximum number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> F. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based <br /> on the Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> G. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Retail Food <br /> Code, Article 1, 114380). A review fee of $390 is required at the time of submittal. <br /> H. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> I. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in <br /> the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to <br /> disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Department. A $260 plan check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> J. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register all regulated <br /> hazardous material stored onsite at, cers.calepa.ca.gov, for all regulated Certified <br /> Unified Program Agency (COPA) programs. <br /> K. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit <br /> must be obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification <br /> Number, and comply with all applicable regulations. <br />
