I. Applicant shall file all Permit Registration Documents (PRDs) with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) to state the intent to comply with the State "General Permit for Storm Water Discharges <br /> Associated with Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification Number (WDID) issued by <br /> SWRCB, shall be submitted to Public Works for file. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (1) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building Division of the <br /> Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit. Contact the Solid Waste <br /> Division (468-3066) for information. <br /> (2) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector Control District <br /> (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best <br /> Management Practices (BMP) guidelines for stormwater devices, ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (3) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, Chapter 9- <br /> 1605) and all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23) that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance. As an example, these requirements may include raising the finish floor elevation one foot <br /> above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> 3 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARMTENT (Staff contact: Michael F. Escotto, [209] 468-3443) <br /> a. Written Confirmation is required from the Public Works Department that improvements have been <br /> constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements for public sewer required by <br /> the agency. In addition, written confirmation from the Public Works Department that the agency has or will <br /> have the sewer capacity to serve the development is also required (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1100.3). <br /> b. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that improvements have been <br /> constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any improvements required by the agency and <br /> that the agency has or will have the capacity to serve the proposed development. Said written confirmation <br /> shall be submitted prior to the issuance of a building permit (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1120.2). <br /> c. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> d. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register all regulated hazardous material at, <br /> cers.calepa.ca.gov, for all regulated Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA). <br /> e. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be obtained from <br /> the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and comply with all applicable <br /> regulations. <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT (Staff Contact: Jessica Willis, [599] 230-5818) <br /> a. For each project phase, all records shall be maintained on site during construction and for a period of ten <br /> years following either the end of construction or the issuance of the first certificate of occupancy, whichever <br /> is late. Records shall be made available for District inspection upon request. <br /> b. For each project phase maintain records of: <br /> (1) The construction start and end dates and <br /> (2) The date of issuance of the first certificate of occupancy, if applicable <br /> 4 <br />
